Payment may be made by cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. Personal checks will be accepted only after credit has been established. Accounts must be paid in full at the time of treatment or release from the hospital. To keep the cost of an office visit down we do not allow charging - it takes hours of bookkeeping to process charges and this increases the cost of a visit. If a bill cannot be paid in full, previous arrangements must be made. There will be a $5.00 charge for the initial billing and a $5.00 charge for each additional bill sent.

Fees depend upon just what is done. There are some fees that are standard and some that vary with the length and difficulty of the procedure involved. We will be happy to give you an estimate of costs and detailed itemization of the fees involved.
